1. Purpose
The Rordaz application is an editorial tool that prepares and publishes promotional content for the publisher's books on the brand's official channels, including the Rordaz YouTube channel. The rordaz.com website presents the publisher's catalog of works.
2. Permitted use
- The application is intended for the publisher's internal operation on its own accounts and content.
- It may not be used to publish third-party content without authorization, or in any way that violates the law or the terms of the integrated platforms (YouTube, Amazon, among others).
3. Third-party services
The application integrates with third-party services. Use of the YouTube APIs is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Purchase links point to Amazon, subject to that platform's own terms.
4. Intellectual property
Public-domain works are made available in accordance with applicable law. Rordaz's editions, translations, text updates, enhanced illustrations and original materials are protected and may not be reproduced without authorization.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The application and the website are provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rordaz is not liable for indirect damages arising from their use.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version.
